White Light Motorcade first came to the UK in March of this year when select shows saw them prove they were the ‘real rock’n'roll deal’ (NME). Their debut EP release garnered praise from all corners with Kerrang hailing ‘an unholy cross between the pumped-up punk of The Stooges and the atmospheric, chemical anthems of Primal Scream’. A deal with BMG and the release of debut LP, ‘Thank You, Goodnight’ followed. With it’s mix of rock grit and pop melody, X Ray rightly noted that the band have ‘clearly set their sights beyond Manhattan’ whilst The Fly praised ‘a definitive example of their art’.
