Scissor Sisters confirm new album

Scissor Sisters have confirmed that their new album, entitled ‘Ta-dah’, is to be released on 18 September, preceded by a single, ‘I Don’t Feel Like Dancin'’, a collaboration with Elton John.

Speaking to NME about the new album, frontman Jake Shears said: “I’m completely excited. I feel like I’ve birthed a baby! That would be the closest thing, it was very weird and painful but I think my baby is really cute! The old rock clich� is very true, it’s harder doing a second album, but that’s why we took our time with it”.
