Little Barrie - ‘Love You’

Little Barrie have been building on their success of touring with Primal Scream and charting abroad - ‘Love You’ is the next step. Their brand of good old pop/blues/rock combined with the great songwriting is compelling, infectious and damn cool.

There is no slowdown for the B-sides either as they continue the cheerful and funky tunes. My personal favourite is the syncopated singalong of ‘If I Don’t Have To Answer’ that seriously grabs me every time I hear it.

Little Barrie is Barrie Codogan with Lewis Wharton on bass and Billy Skinner on drums. The new album from Little Barrie is out on 29 January and is called ‘Stand Your Ground’.
