Voxtrot announce new single, album and UK tour

VOXTROT spent the Winter aptly between the American music centres of their hometown Austin, Texas and New York City, writing, recording and generally perfecting their hotly anticipated debut album.

Now the record is safely under their belt and it’s charms soon to be released to the world, Voxtrot return to British shores once more to play several shows across the UK, including an NME Awards Show at the Astoria. All dates below:

21st February – Water Rats, London (Rock Sound Night)
22nd February – Night and Day, Manchester
24th February – The Hold, Glasgow
25th February – Astoria, London (NME Awards Show with Shins, Polyphonic, Alberta Cross)

Voxtrot release the single ‘Trouble’ on Monday 26th February as download and 7”. ‘Trouble’ was originally the b-side to Voxtrot’s USA only release ‘Biggest Fan’, (which reached no. 3 in the Billboard Maxi Singles Chart), and proved too joyously pop-hearted and lyrically engaging to be left on the flip-side.

Voxtrot are set to release their debut album in May.
